3456 WASHINGTON ST 94118 1 unitsThe project proposes to demolish a two-story-over-basement, 8,313-square-foot, single-family residence built in 1958 and subsequently expanded with a rear addition in the 1990s. Per SB 423, it will be replaced with a two-story-over-basement, 11,125-square-foot, two-unit residential building with a rooftop deck. The existing foundations and portions of the 1990s rear addition at the basement level will be retained. The larger unit will be approximately 10,447 sq. ft. and the smaller unit will be approximately 678 sq. ft. The basement level will be renovated, and a portion of basement level unconditioned space will be converted into conditioned space.
