- Resolution retroactively approving and authorizing the General Manager of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement for Sewer Service with the City of Brisbane and Guadalupe Valley Municipal Improvement District, increasing the duration of the original agreement from July 31, 2025 to the earlier of December 31, 2027, or until the execution of a new long-term agreement, pursuant to Charter, Section 9.118.
- Ordinance amending the Police Code to provide penalties for the prohibited discharge of fireworks, including that a first offense is punishable as an infraction with a fine not less than $125 or more than $250, and a second and any subsequent offenses within five years of a prior offense are punishable as misdemeanors with a fine not less than $250 or more than $750, or imprisonment in the County Jail of not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
- Resolution retroactively authorizing the Human Rights Commission to execute a Grant Amendment between the City and County of San Francisco and Community United Against Violence (CUAV) for the Request For Proposals No. 85 - LGBTQI+ and Various Communities grant to increase the grant amount by $100,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $300,000; and to extend the grant term from December 31, 2024, for a total term of January 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.
- Resolution authorizing the Executive Director, Commissioners, and the Deputy Director of the Film Commission to solicit donations and in-kind support from the San Francisco Travel Association and hotels to promote San Francisco as a film and media production destination and to support the local film and media community through marketing and events, for six months, notwithstanding the Behested Payment Ordinance.
- Ordinance amending the Police Code to repeal the prohibition on certain types of libraries lending or renting any book, magazine, pamphlet, or other printed matter to any person under the age of 21, unless the person has obtained a membership card with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Resolution extending by 90 days the prescribed time within which the Historic Preservation Commission may respond to a landmark designation of the Fugazi Building located at 678 Green Street, Assessor’s Parcel Block No. 0117, Lot No. 010, from the Board of Supervisors (File No. 260314).
- Motion appointing Madison Tam, as an alternate member to Supervisor Matt Dorsey on the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission, for an indefinite term or the conclusion of Supervisor Dorsey's term as a Member of the Board of Supervisors.
- Motion approving/rejecting the President of the Board of Supervisors Rafael Mandelman’s nomination for the appointment of Malea Chavez to the Planning Commission, term ending July 1, 2028.
