Board of Supervisors
- Resolution determining that the issuance of a Type-64 on-sale general theater liquor license to Uptown Tenderloin Inc., doing business as Tenderloin Museum, located at 835 Larkin Street (District 5), will serve the public convenience or necessity of the City and County of San Francisco, in accordance with California Business and Professions Code, Section 23958.4; and requesting that the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control impose conditions on the issuance of the license.
- Ordinance amending the Police Code to provide penalties for the prohibited discharge of fireworks, including that a first offense is punishable as an infraction with a fine not less than $125 or more than $250, and a second and any subsequent offenses within five years of a prior offense are punishable as misdemeanors with a fine not less than $250 or more than $750, or imprisonment in the County Jail of not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
- Motion approving Final Map No. 12294, a six residential unit condominium project, located at 189 Magnolia Street, being a subdivision of Assessor’s Parcel Block No. 0493, Lot No. 014; and adopting findings pursuant to the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1.
- Ordinance amending the Police Code to repeal the prohibition on certain types of libraries lending or renting any book, magazine, pamphlet, or other printed matter to any person under the age of 21, unless the person has obtained a membership card with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Ordinance approving the Amended Airport Surveillance Technology Policy governing the use of third party security cameras.

- Ordinance amending the Police Code to provide penalties for the prohibited discharge of fireworks, including that a first offense is punishable as an infraction with a fine not less than $125 or more than $250, and a second and any subsequent offenses within five years of a prior offense are punishable as misdemeanors with a fine not less than $250 or more than $750, or imprisonment in the County Jail of not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
