The project will utilize the Local Accessory Dwelling Unit program to construct four ADUs on the ground floor and the Fourplex Density Exemption, for this RH-2 zoning district, to construct 6 additional units above the ground floor on floor two through four with two units on each floor for a total of 10 units on the property. The project is seeking a Variance from the rear yard setback. The project will be complete a mandatory seismic upgrade and is not eligible for SB 423.
